If you’re a gardener, you know that zucchini grows well and makes more and more and more zucchini. I think you’ll love this recipe, you might even be able to pass it off as fries to the kids.

In the last 26 days, we’ve gone from Asparagus to Zucchini. I hope you’ve enjoyed the recipes and learned a few stain removal tips as well. If you enjoyed this, let me know and I’ll do another round!

Parmesan Zucchini Crisps

  • 1/3 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 small unpeeled zucchini, cut in strips
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a plastic bag. Dip zucchini strips in butter and shake in the crumbs to coat. Place on an ungreased baking sheet; bake 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until crisp. 4 servings
